Offstage (“Offstage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit offstageux.com, communicate with us through the site, use the Offstage assistant, or schedule a meeting through the site.
This policy covers website interactions. Information that Offstage receives while providing services to a client is handled under the applicable client agreement and project arrangements.
We collect information in three ways: information you choose to provide, information collected automatically when you use the site, and information received from services you use through the site.
The Offstage assistant keeps recent conversation history in your browser so the conversation can continue as you move through the site. A random session identifier is created for each browser tab. The server retains the first 200 characters of each message and reply, together with a timestamp and that random session identifier, so we can review early conversations and improve the assistant.
We use information to:
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site functionality.
You can control or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect the way scheduling or chat features work. You can also use Google’s available controls or browser tools to limit Google Analytics collection.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the site to serve personalized advertising.
We may share information with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with visitors. These include:
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect the rights or safety of Offstage or others, investigate misuse, or support a business reorganization or transfer. If a business transfer occurs, the information would remain subject to this policy unless you are notified otherwise.
Messages submitted to the Offstage assistant are transmitted to Google Gemini so the service can generate a response. Chat content may also appear in the limited server-side quality log described above. Do not submit confidential client information, trade secrets, health information, financial account details, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information through the assistant.
The assistant is intended to answer general questions about Offstage and the AI Opportunity Audit. If you prefer not to use it, you can contact us by email or schedule a conversation directly.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries, manage meetings, improve the site, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the service involved.
Chat history stored in your browser remains there until it is replaced by newer messages or you clear your browser storage. Server-side chat logs are kept only as long as needed for quality review and service improvement. Analytics information is retained according to the settings configured for the Google Analytics account.
You may:
Chatbot logs are stored with an anonymous session identifier, not a name or account. If you want a chat thread deleted, contact us with enough detail to identify it, such as the approximate date and time and what was asked. We will delete matching log entries that we can reasonably identify, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. To make a request, use the contact information below.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use care when deciding what information to send online.
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
The site may link to or display services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and terms. This policy does not control how those third parties handle information when you interact directly with them.
Offstage and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your place of residence. Where required, service providers use appropriate mechanisms for cross-border processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, our services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the policy will show when the current version took effect. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site when appropriate.
